Wholemeal Banana Hotcakes

My delight in all things cake like for breakfast continues… I wonder if that will change once Eggbert makes an appearance and I can once again eat poached eggs?? I’ll let you know! In the meantime, here is a simple recipe for yummy hotcakes.

Coconut Flour Pancakes

In the later stages of my pregnancy I have had pancake cravings! I’m not normally one to go for pancakes at breakfast, but the last few months has seen me eating them quite regularly… The recipe below is a somewhat healthy version of pancakes made with coconut flour.
