Ingredients
- 3 Each chilli Long red ones roughly chopped
- 1 Tsp Shrimp paste
- 6 cm ginger Peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 Eschallots Roughly chopped
- 1/3 Cup Palm Sugar
- 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves Shredded
- 1 Tsp Peanut Oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
